and so buaya week has come and go. and it would probably be my last buaya week (unless i get a place in hall next year!). for those who don't know, buaya week is a sheares hall tradition. something like a big scale angel-mortal game, where we are supposed to be nice to someone anonymously. and identities will only be revealed one week later.

i was supposed to 'buaya' terrence. this new guy in the blk who stays at level 1. i am guilty for giving this guy a bad experience for his first buaya week. i was one of the senior who didn't do much for buaya week. was so occipied with two design project meetings and assignment, coming back after 8pm almost every other night. besides, i was singing door to door for acapella song dedications for 2 nights. didn;t have the time and mood to be buaya-ing a person. it's no wonder that i am still single. cause i can't even be nice to someone for a week.

the few little things that I did this buaya week. decorating my buayee's door and table with some pot pourri and making him a cd with nice love songs..

plus a lot of food! haha. made cupcakes, bruchetta and brownies with ice cream! glad that they all turned out well. hehe. at least i had fun making them!

and my buayee is so nice that he made a poster for me that he hung outside the lift. made me even more stressed up. i didn't even do any poster :( and he made me a cd with love songs too! and reciprocated with a lot of sweets and chocolates (impt things that i need for proj meetings!)

now to my interesting buaya.. haha. this is a classic story. buaya week started last thurs night. my buaya already pasted things on my door on the night itself. the next day, i bought supper for both my buaya and buayee. i asked random ppl to pass it to my buaya. since i didn't know who was it. on sat morning, i had a note on my door which says, 'thanks for the supper, zhen lin'. HAHA. he revealed his identity on the 3rd day. how lousy. hahah. when i came back that night, the note changed to, 'sorry, i pasted the note on the wrong door. thought you were my buaya.' although many ppl tried to cover up, (read the buaya week pledge here), somehow it was just rather obvious.

nevertheless, my blur buaya was still the best compared to previous years. a lot of effort being put into decorating my door and a cute little brownie in a shape of a bear and with my initials YC on it.

my buaya made posters (which i didn't see till i saw it on blkcdiary, opps..) and left breakfast with a heart-shaped box fille with small little folded hearts, candles and sweets. really sweet of him. he even made a buaya week diary as revelation gift. THANKS LOADS BUAYA! =) oh, and the tag on my tagboard was him too. not anyone special. so not to worry gf! haha.

and roses from buaya and floorball team manager! =)

and summary of my buaya week experience for the past 3yrs. effort to buaya other ppl deteriorated, but somehow, effort by buaya was of the opposite trend. oops.
