gathering at shar's place on saturday night. everyone from s41 seem to stay at the east. so far from NUS. boo. i cabbed back cause i missed the last bus. 15 bucks poorer. boo. but it was a great gathering. more updates from people who didn't come for baowei's bday celebration.

had night cycling on fri night. partner this year was yihern. overall, it was not bad. went to more interesting places this year. stopped by the civilization museum, botanical garden, some jetty at marina south, singapore river, geylang, kallang etc.. but the only eating place was geylang! so sad. i would've preferred it more if we stopped by more eating places. haha. i'm a pig. and we went on tandem bikes again. that explains the need of having a partner. and the 'best' part was, our bike was faulty. the chain was super loose. had to pedal about 3 times more than other ppl to move the same distance. sad case.

he actually agreed to let me shave that mohawk.. hahaha..

had a great time with 04s41 classmates yesterday night to celebrate baowei's bday after feeling so sucky in the day.. tianyu came up with a kidnapping plan. they kidnapped baowei from NUS to a restaurant in alexandra rd, villa bali.. it was so funny. i really miss vj so much. it's been quite some time since we met up as a class. or rather, its been quite some time since i last met everyone as a class cause i missed the last gathering during chinese new year... and yup, there were 15 of us there yesterday.

one cool thing abt s41 is, we have a lot of drivers! hahaa. there were 6 cars yesterday. dun need to worry bout transport! haha. but no one stays anywhere near NUS. boo hoo.. but daryl was nice enough to send me back! haha, thanks loads.

despite the fact that sean grew taller, everyone else didn't seem to change much. samuel still hiding sheena's handphone, sheena still being so gullible, edmond still amusing ppl with his lousy trick, shareena still going, 'i wanna take picture with sean!', marcus the one doing funny things, justin still with the same hairstyle, the ber-neh-nehs still taking a lot of pictures together, zicheng telling his jokes in chinese, daryl still the mr nice guy, yuanlun the only guy who doesn't really check out girls with the rest, baowei and sheena still comparing height with the guys, tianyu the person with lots of idea, also the one who came up with the kidnapping plan.

glad that the few of us still meet up. oh man, i miss those days. climbing the school gate, climbing the rooftop, funny pictures that we took - spiderman picture, wat-ever-man picture.. the typical type of conversation over lunch. those times where we would sit at the bench in front of the malay stall everyday, talking bout tutors, PW, girls.. etc etc..

looking forward to next week's gathering at shareena's place! time to catch up with daphne! =)

when everything feels so sucky.

sigh, nothing is going well. life kinda sucks.

somehow, i dunno wat i'm doing with my life. i dunno wat i want. i've lost all sense of direction.
just so caught up with things. no time to do my work although i've been trying so hard. and mid term results are not helping much either. wat am i gonna do if i buang this sem?

true enough, the following week, i saw this guy combing his bleached hair when i walked past his room.

and we were mass chatting through msn with few other 04s41 ppl.. and this guy insisted that he was gonna get his mohawk..

and this was wat i saw when he came to look for me just now. all i could do was laugh. and take pictures. haha..

nominated as my top guy friend with weird hairstyles. marcus seng renfu! i wonder how he's gonna sleep. HAHA.

was talking to kenneth yesterday. and he started talking about some university in the states supposedly a uni best for chem engin. and i realised he was talking abt the uni that one of this friend is in. and weird enough, i had a dream on that friend that night itself. i dreamt that that friend is back in singapore. and i didn't know how to react when i met him. it just feels funny cause it's been quite some time since i even last thought of this friend.. and sometimes i really wonder, how would it be like to meet back someone who you haven't met for years?

12 great mentors + 10 great mentees = great outing! =)

had our first outing with the mentees from haven home! went to east coast for a short day trip.

guess everyone had a great time during the outing. really need to thank a lot of ppl who made the outing successful and memorable. kenneth, chris and soonning who were our drivers for the day, ray for the yummy agar-agar, minrui for water dispenser, kevin who was the photographer, darren for taking care of zhiwei so well, huixin who went on tandem cause she was scared that she would fall, jonathan who came although he was busy with work and peizhi who rushed down after her test to join us for lunch. not to forget tingyun who couldn't join us.
special thanks to daniel and andrew from true hearts who joined us.

hope the mentees enjoyed themselves with cycling, volleyball and frisbee, snacks, drinks and of course the happy meal!

basically spent my whole mid term break in singapore. studied for mid term tests, played lantern during mid autumn festival, had blk's steak party, went for guitar concert, took rubbish photos with level mates when we had a lvl 7 mask party. haha. things we do when we r supposed to be studying..

mushroom soup that i helped chris make for steak party. used more eye power actually. but at least i've learnt how to make mushroom soup!!

mid autumn festival celebration. we walked to west coast, then played at the playground! super fun! =)

guitar concert with yeehaun. i think it's the shortest concert that i've attended. only lasted for 30 mins. love the last jazz piece though.

dinner with lita and cindy. great girls' night out. haha.

celebrated xinyi's belated bday with mingyun too! went to mind cafe. it's not very fun to go there with only 3 ppl. must go there with more ppl. luckily xinyi's friend who works as a waiter there played some games with us.

went home for the weekend after mid terms. it was a short trip back. and a short break from singapore and sch. was happy that i went back. but guilty for skipping 2 days of class. and guess wat, i checked my results for fluids test at home. and guess wat i got? ZERO! my first zero for a test. sigh. super disappointing. but can't do much bout it. guess i have to work super hard for finals. it's gonna be a painful 2 months. life kinda sucks.
