meeting up with the tkgs bunch! eunice, zee and seetha! wheeeee!

it's been so long since we last met up, the 4 of us. the 4 who used to hang out with each other so much when we were staying in dunman high hostel. we spent the whole day chatting. first place, macs. sat there for 2.5 hrs. then moved to kim gary, another 2 hrs. then coffee bean, 1.5 hrs. wanfen joined us at coffee bean after her work. eunice skipped her 4.30 class. heh. all thanks to my influence!


and we played BRIDGE! haha. it used to be our favourite. and it was how we spent our time while being punished in dunman. hahaha. well, we were confined in hostel for a weekend, for climbing over the gate and trying to sneak in at 12am one night. for that 2 days, we weren't allowed to go out, and were supposed to report at the guard house every hour from 8am to 11pm. so we brought our pillows and cards down to the stone table near the lobby, and played bridge there whole day! it was thanks to that incident that we got to know ppl like akhansha, abhishek, deo, stephen. it's so funny to talk abt it now.


the good old times. i kinda miss those days. staying overnight at east coast to avoid curfew, hiding slippers in the room when we stayed up all night to chat so that the teacher on duty won't suspect that we were all gathering in one room, sleeping over at zee's room when munyuk's away (haha, eunice will sleep on munyuk's bed, seetha and I will cram on the mattress that we drag over from seetha's room, and zee will sleep on her own bed..), watching movies from somebody's laptop on one person's bed, irritating our prc roommates, fighting with the guys over the colour of the jersey that we wanted.. etc etc... all these just seemed so long ago.. and we've known each other for abt 5.5 yrs!

now that zee's studying in russia, seetha is studying in kedah, eunice is studying in KL and i'm the only one left in spore. we can hardly meet up. the next time that the 4 of us will meet up will probably be in a few years time.

My younger brother turned 8 on the 24th! Brought him out for movies. watched surf's up.. the movie kinda suck. blergh.. but he somehow enjoyed it. haha. then we made him pose like the picture on the card that my sister bought him. haha.



3 days later was my sister's bday. her friends came over to celebrate before midnight. then we went out for dinner with the same bunch of ppl the next day. these ppl are my sister's friends since primary school. they've known each other for about 17 years? it's no wonder that i'm quite close to some of them cause i've seen them so often. haha.



yuups, renuka is back from the states! met her on monday night and on thurs to celebrate her belated 21st bday! there were so much food!! malaysian food somemore. she was so glad to see the food also cause she's been missing all these malaysian food. it's great to meet up with super old friends. just sad that there were only the few of us. others are either overseas or mia. and it's nice to catch up with them.

followed my mum to my younger brother's school, for parent-meet-teacher session. waited for an hr. it's interesting to see how young parents are so anxious to know more bout their child's behaviour in school. for my mum, it's more of, 'hurry up, dun waste my time.' you can't blame her, she's gone for tonnes of these things. haha. she has 5 kids. and she was talking to one of my brother's classmate's mum. in a way, i pity the kid. his mum was practically telling my mum how much homework she gives her son. monday-english, tuesday-malay, wed-maths... etc.. and she's planning to send her son for tuition. for goodness sake, the boy is only in primary 2. it's not surprising that her son is first in class. i'm glad that my little bro has more life and childhood, and is still the fourth in class! haha..

drove my bro for a movie after that! it's so rare that i'm allowed to drive my younger bro ard. haha. no one at home trusts my driving skills. sad sad.. the first thing my sis asked when i reached home was, 'did my car came back in one piece..' duhh.. obviously it did. haha.

we watched fantastic 4! i'm glad that the boy loved the movie. just that he didn't understand much bout the science. and i thought it was freaking cheap to watch movie in msia. haha. one adult ticket and one children ticket only costed rm11.


and it was pretty entertaining to feed my dog durian this afternoon. haha. the dog gave a very stoned expression, and it kept on licking its nose after that. hahaha.. my sister and I couldn't stop laughing. took a video of it. maybe i'll post it some other time. haha. i just hope the dog dun get diarrheoa tmr. heh.

so many things to look forward to!

zee is coming back from moscow by end of the week!! hope i get to arrange to meet up with the other tk girls. it'll probably be the first reunion among the 4 of us; zee, seetha, eunice and me! wheeeee.. it's been so long since we last met up. wanfen will probably join us too! wat a happy happy reunion!

renuka will be back from the states on the 24th too! will probably meet up with her and the other ppl from convent. the twins, suetlee, shiyan. she surely have a lot of stories to share.

mingli will be back from thailand by end of the month i suppose. will get to see her when i get back to spore in 2.5 weeks time.

dwee's gonna visit spore end of july too! which is the time that cindy will be back in spore too!

lots of ppl to meet! =) yay! at the mean time, i hope i won't get too bored at home. i need things to entertain myself.

my bus is leaving in about 12 hrs time. and i am still packing. and i dun have the mood to pack.

have been pretty emo the past few days. it's probably contagious. sigh. i'm so out of luck huh? it's funny how i can be happy at a moment, and super emo at another moment.

it's like dejavu. and i dun wanna go through it again.

the past 4 days were quite well spent!

thurs, went to scout for peklyn's bday present with eunice at bugis and plaza sing. we got her a bass guitar bag! haha. it was quite weird for 2 ppl who don't know anything abt bass guitar to look ard town for a bass guitar bag. nevertheless, we found something that we thought that was quite suitable for that pig! haha..

fri was shopping day with kexi. shopped ard bugis area. bought a skirt and 2 pairs of earrings. helped joanne to collect the necklace that she ordered from a blog online. hoho.. she kinda reminded me bout my sister's bday! *gasp* luckily she reminded me. or not i would have forgotten bout it. blerghh.. then we bumped into johannes at bugis. he was still carrying his purple bag and was wearing his gold shoes. :S he kinda tagged along with us while waiting for a friend. and he was promoting his nusstyle stuff. had dinner with kexi, boyan, kane, huihan and peihoon after that. summary of dinner that day: kane is a bastard.

sat, met up with a primary school classmate!!! jolene sms-ed me to tell me that she's in s'pore. haven't seen her for years. tried to arrange to meet up with her when i was in klang few weeks ago, but couldn't set on a time to meet. so i was very surprised when she contacted me in spore! brought her around orchard area. she changed to a very business minded person. she's trying to start up her own business. so impressive. not like me. not business minded at all. only know how to spend money. dunno how to make money. blerghh..


sun was peklyn's bday! we went to the botanical garden for a picnic! so interesting! hahah. had a lot of food. chicken salad, tuna in mayo, egg salad, jelly, peach, apples, sweet potato, corn.. spent the beautiful sunday morning playing frisbee and feeding swan. the swan at botanical garden was super violent. attacked a duck! the swan tried to drown the duck... and i always thought that swan and ducks were good friends. haha.. visited the national orchid garden next to the botanical garden too! the orchids were very pretty!! i met up with baowei and tianyu in the afternoon. we were chatting at sakae in heeren for few hrs. it was basically a 'catching up with each other's lives' session. thought provoking kinda conversation. made me ponder bout few things after all the talks.




and it's kinda tiring to be in town for 4 days consecutively. shagged ahh.. but it was fruitful and i'm happy!! =)

ppl have been complaining that i'm not updating my blog. hahaha.. which is quite true..

anyway, i shall just put up pictures lahh.. hahah..

the past few days were dry run for Sheares Exposure Camp. the camp is gonna be next week. and it's gonna be funnnn!! at least the councillors had our share of fun during the dry run. hahaha. i have 4 free days b4 the start of the camp on mon. have to look for things to entertain myself. holidays are not fun when you don't have your friends ard or when your friends are working.
