Hmmmm... Today's presentations are more or less quite interesting. Then again, i'm listening now to the third meat presentation today. I think by the end of this lesson, I'll be super informed of the quality and colour of meat. Different types of meat, mind you. Pork, beef, chicken and blah blah blah. All groups have more or less the same points. We get it! You must cook meat properly! Now i'm starting to feel hungry. Darn.
